What else can we do?
*'Opened' emails do not necessarily mean read emails. Many people use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook express as an email reader. These (and some other email readers available) have a preview pane, which allows the recipient to view part of the email before opening it fully. This may mean your email campaign will look as if a number of recipients have opened your communications, even though this is not the case.
You want to email a low volume of customers only.
We can offer a low-cost answer for small lists. The minimum charge is only £50.
You will only email your customers infrequently.
We don’t make you pay a set up charge or hold you to sending a set number of emails each month.
You want email list control and auditing functions without the massive up-front costs.
We provide you with email personalisation AND
simple reports on numbers of emails opened as standard. If you want more, you can have it for a small extra charge.
